Ancient Paeonians were once a thriving culture who built their kingdom through the worship of Dionysus, wine, pleasure, fertility, ecstasy (you know, that god), whence the peony, with its lush petals, derives its name. An homage of sorts to this fact, with a rose cut white diamond set in 14k gold, handmade by Sofia Zakia in her Montreal Studios.
