Most ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio within 2 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow 6-8 weeks for production. If your order includes both types, we’ll wait to ship until all items are complete — unless you'd prefer separate shipments (please contact as info@fiatluxsf.com). We ship Monday through Friday.
Within the contiguous US (no P.O. boxes):
- UPS Ground (5-7 business days): $10 flat fee (free for orders over $50+)
- UPS 2-Day: $40 flat fee
- UPS Overnight: $100 flat fee
Non-Contiguous US:
- USPS First Class Mail calculated at checkout.
- USPS Ground Advantage calculated at checkout.
International:
- UPS Worldwide: $60 flat fee (customers are responsible
for any customs fees)
For added security, a signature is automatically required on overnight shipments and orders over $1000 — no need to select this option at checkout. For all other orders, you’ll have the option to request Signature Required during checkout.
All packages are insured up to $250. If you'd like to add extra coverage for your order, just email us at info@fiatluxsf.com. We’ll make sure you’re fully protected. We are not liable for packages deemed lost or damaged in transit. If you have concerns about your shipment’s safety, we strongly recommend additional insurance before your order ships.

Ready-to-ship pieces are in stock and typically leave our studio within 2 business days — they're already crafted and waiting to find their match. Made-to-order pieces, by contrast, are created just for you. These require 6-8 weeks of careful production time, allowing us to shape each detail with intention, precision, and artistry.
We understand that minds — and hearts — can shift. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at nfo@fiatluxsf.com. Beyond that window, we may have already begun processing or crafting your piece, especially for made-to-order items. We’ll
always do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that certain custom or personalized orders may be final once production begins.
If you’re working with a deadline, let us know — we’ll do our best to get your order to you right when you need it. In some cases, our artists may charge a small fee to prioritize your piece and move it to the front of the line. For rush requests or time-sensitive orders, reach out to us at info@fiatluxsf.com.
If you're ordering from within California, your purchase is subject to California state sales tax. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to California sales tax.
gift wrap
Yes — we do. Many of our pieces can be wrapped in signature packaging, designed to reflect the care and symbolism behind each item. If you're sending a gift, we’re happy to include a handwritten note as well. Let us know at checkout or email us directly at info@fiatluxsf.com.

Nope. We never include pricing details in the packaging — especially for gifts — so you can send something beautiful without worry. Your receipt and order summary are sent digitally, ensuring your gesture arrives with elegance and no distractions.
