returns & exchanges
Piercing jewelry, altered or resized items, and select specialty pieces — including custom work, vintage items, perfumes, sale pieces, prints, booklets, and artwork — are final sale and cannot be returned.
For all other items, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receipt, whether purchased online or in-store.
All returns must be in original, naltered, and unworn condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if an item doesn’t meet these conditions or falls outside our return guidelines.

You’re welcome to bring your return or exchange to any of our brick-and-mortar stores. Otherwise please email us within 10 days of receiving your item to request a Return Form. Once received:
- Print and complete the Return Form in full.
- Include it in your return package along with a printed copy of your original receipt.
- Make sure your return is prepaid and fully insured for the full purchase amount.
- Ensure the package is Prepaid and fully insured for the full purchase amount; shipped via UPS (recommended), and free of Collect on Delivery (COD).
- Please Note: Unless we sent you the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Before sending your item back, please email us at info@fiatluxsf.com to confirm that it’s eligible for resizing. Some rings can be resized — others, unfortunately, cannot. Once confirmed, kindly follow the standard return instructions outlined above.
