A one-of-a-kind 5 x 3mm beautiful, rare, natural unheated & untreated pink diamond, set in a three-prong piercing end with a pin back. We have only 1 of these at this size in 14k yellow gold, and when it's gone it's gone! Handmade in our San Francisco Studios.
