SERVICE FEES AND JEWELRY COST:

• Reservation Fee: no fee
• Service Fee: $10 
• Jewelry Cost: decorative top from $150 per piece; and $60 per piece for 14k gold labret and $15 per piece for implant-grade titanium labret
