Classically trained as a fine artist in Florence, Amsterdam & The Hague, Bibi van der Velden started her eponymous jewelry line in 2006 to create sculptures & fine jewelry. Inspired by the rich art history of her Dutch heritage, Bibi captures the power & beauty of the natural & animal world in meticulous miniature detail. Each design starts with a sketch & hand carved wax in her Amsterdam Studio.
