A spinning reminder to live each day to the fullest. An oval rose cut blue sapphire (~9mm x 6.7mm) bezel set in 14k gold spins to reveal a hidden skull on the other side. The pendant measures ~ 19.8mm x 11mm x 9mm and hangs on a solid 14k gold 18" rolo chain. One of a kind and handmade by Margaret Cross in her Brooklyn Studio.
